MSMEwise is a diagnostic platform operated by ICON Consultancy Services, Kolkata, India. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
HurdleMap works without signup — we don't ask for your name or email to start. When you complete a diagnostic, we collect the answers you provide about your business (team size, industry, operations, and the responses used to calculate your Owner Freedom Score). If you choose to receive your report by email, share contact details, or sign up for FreedomMap, we collect the contact and business information you give us.
How we use it
To generate your diagnostic results, deliver your report, improve our tools, and — where you've asked us to — follow up about your results or our services. We use aggregated, anonymised data to improve scoring and benchmarks.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't share individual responses with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We use trusted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, email delivery) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. Our platform is hosted on AWS infrastructure in the India (Mumbai) region.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent for follow-up communications. Email icon@iconconsultancy.com.

Retention
