What MSMEwise is
MSMEwise provides self-assessment diagnostic tools — HurdleMap (free) and FreedomMap (paid) — that generate scores and recommendations based on the information you provide.
Not professional advice
Your results are informational and educational. They are not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, financial, or management advice tailored to your specific situation. Decisions you make based on your results are your own responsibility.
Accuracy of results
Your diagnostic output depends on the accuracy of the answers you give. Results are estimates and benchmarks, not guarantees of any business outcome.
Acceptable use
Use the tools for their intended purpose — assessing your own business. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform.
Intellectual property
The MSMEwise platform, the HurdleMap and FreedomMap tools, the Owner Freedom Score and related indices, and all associated content are the property of ICON Consultancy Services. You may use your own report freely; you may not copy or redistribute our methodology or materials.
Paid services
FreedomMap and any consulting tiers are subject to the pricing shown at purchase.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payment for FreedomMap and any consulting tiers grants immediate access to a specialised diagnostic tool. For this reason, all sales are final: no refunds or cancellations are available once payment has been made. We want you to buy with confidence — please review the tool's purpose, assess whether it suits your needs, and ask us any questions before paying. Contact us at icon@iconconsultancy.com and we'll help you decide whether the diagnostic is right for you.
In the unlikely event that a technical fault on our side prevents you from accessing the diagnostic or receiving your report within 7 days of payment, you may request a refund in writing at icon@iconconsultancy.com. We will review each such request and issue a refund where appropriate.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ICON Consultancy Services is not liable for losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the diagnostic results.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
